Fat Loss for Idiots is a site and diet that my wife had learned about from her stepmom. Initially I looked at the Fat Loss For Idiots website and saw that after clicking though a bunch of pages of information I found that the program was only $47.

As a fitness and health enthusiast I know that there are no easy ways out of weight losing so when I first saw all of the hype around fat loss for idiots I was of course initially skeptical.
